Kori Huston is the founder of ClearEdge Advisory, bringing more than 25 years of experience in communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving. She works with professionals navigating career decisions, workplace complexity, and high-stakes conversations—helping them think clearly, communicate effectively, and act with confidence when it matters most.

Kori holds a BA in Rhetoric and Communication from Drake University, an academic foundation that shaped her expertise in messaging, interpersonal dynamics, and persuasive communication. A former Division I scholarship athlete, she brings discipline, resilience, and composure under pressure to her work. She is also a Senior Professional Career Coach (SPCC), certified by the International Association of Career Coaches (IACC).

Her career includes senior leadership and sales roles with Siemens Healthineers, Deluxe Corporation, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as work as a channel partner for GE Healthcare. Across these roles, she led high-performing teams, built trusted client relationships, and earned multiple awards for performance and leadership.

In addition, Kori built and operated a successful residential and commercial real estate business, giving her firsthand experience with entrepreneurship, risk, and decision-making in high-stakes environments.
